PSA
Support Programs
Bronze - Level 1
Service includes Hot-line (telephone) support, between the
hours of 9:00AM and 5:00PM (EST) Monday to Friday. The initial
prepaid block of ten hour can be incremented in additional
ten hour blocks.
Silver - Level 2
Service includes Hot-line (telephone) and On-line support,
between the hours of 9:00AM and 5:00PM (EST) Monday to Friday.
The initial prepaid block of ten hour can be incremented
in additional ten hour blocks. (requires high speed internet
communications).
Gold - Level 3
Service includes Hot-line (telephone), On-line and On-site
support, between the hours of 9:00AM and 5:00PM (EST)
Monday to Friday. The initial prepaid block of twenty-five
hours can be incremented in additional twenty-five hour blocks.
(requires high speed internet communications).
Platinum - Level 4
This
is a 24/7 Service that includes Hot-line, On-line and On-site
support. The initial prepaid block of fifty hour can be incremented
in additional fifty blocks. A pager number is assigned with
each agreement. (requires high speed internet communications).
NOTE: On-line Support requires a high speed internet
connection using either Microsoft© Terminal
Services or Crossloop©.
